What Clients Are Saying

"I worked with rob over the course of 2 months. Over this time I have had a huge shift in my mindset. I found myself immersed in health anxiety constantly feeling like there must be something wrong with me, which manifested as a continuous cough, and back pain.

We worked on understanding TMS and lots of different methods to help with this. I have completely let go of this belief to the point I can't remember what it feels like to have that belief. I have learned how to cope better with stressful situations and show compassion to myself and others. I am no longer aiming for perfection, instead I am working on being good enough. My cough has almost completely subsided and I am aware of triggers. If back pain arises, it usually goes within a day, whereas before it would be weeks.

I loved the grounding exercise we did at the beginning, Rob has a very calming voice, which can take you into a really calm and relaxed state at the beginning of the session. Thank you so much Rob."

"In the final analysis, it was learning to orient myself to sensations of discomfort in a new way, in a curious way, that freed me from chronic pain."

“At the age of 23, while living an active life of running and being outdoors, I injured my right knee. What started as possibly mild tendinitis from overuse persisted and then spread.

The pain increased and migrated to my left knee and soon my ankles, shoulders, elbows, wrists, and lower back. During this process I met with multiple doctors ...and no tissue damage could be found. I started a rigorous physical therapy program to strengthen all areas.

However, after 6 months of fear-driven consistency ...I saw regression into more pain. I began to fear the worst that I was somehow broken.

It was during this time that I came into contact with Rob. He shared his personal experience with pain as well as his recovery process. I was skeptical at first as I adamantly subscribed to the orthodox model of pain; "I have pain therefore I am injured”.

As I investigated further I was forced to reckon with the stories I was telling myself. The view I had of my body and self that I was broken, weak, and cursed with bad genetics. At the direction of Rob I began to learn about neuroplastic pain and ways to treat it.

My process took time, as neural connections are not rewired overnight, but with consistency I have made a full recovery. My specific path was guided by education on neuroplastic pain, meditation, and somatic tracking.

In the final analysis, it was learning to orient myself to sensations of discomfort in a new way, in a curious way, that freed me from chronic pain. I am grateful for Rob’s wisdom that has guided me back to a pain free life.”

"My time with Rob allowed me to shift from an intellectual understanding to a deep, physical knowing of confidence and self-love.

Even after a decade of mindfulness and time with other practitioners, I struggled to apply self-compassion in my personal and professional life.

Rob’s natural gifts: an intuitive, clear, and grounded presence and non-judgemental inquiry, allowed him to skillfully point me back in the direction of myself time and time again.

I feel more sure of myself and more clear about what is needed to be my best self. Thank you, Rob!"

Stephanie K.

"Rob is an intuitive, kind, and supportive coach. He was able to create a safe, healing space immediately, which established a sanctuary for inner work and progress.

Rob’s learning points, activities, and the resources he provided were enlightening, and were useful tools for challenging myself and receiving new insights.

I gained much from Rob’s skilled facilitation, and feel that through the coaching process I have reconnected to my true self."
