Ready to Leave Your Pain Behind?
Choose Your Path...
Option 1: An Easy Way to Begin Healing
Are you worried your chronic pain is a life sentence?
Maybe you get home at night, too exhausted from another day of back pain to even walk the dog around the block? Or you wake up with a stiff neck the morning of an important meeting, and find yourself struggling to make it to the office and get through your presentation before it becomes a migraine?
Then it’s time to sign up for The Mind-Body Symptom Assessment and understand why doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists and others haven’t been able to help you…all in under an hour.
How it works: Complete a 5-minute overview of your symptoms and the circumstances surrounding them, and then join me for a 45-minute video call to explore your situation in more depth.
At the end of our call you’ll know:

1. Why your back “goes out” after standing for 15 minutes (it’s not what you think).
2. How to get rid of the heating pads, braces, and ergonomic pillows so you can feel confident and comfortable at
home, on vacation, and in the office.
3. What you can start doing immediately--in concrete, personalized steps--to shift your mindset from fear of symptoms
to hope and healing. (Don’t worry, this takes just a few minutes!)

Option 2: Take Your Healing All the Way
Mindbody Coaching Program for Chronic Pain & Symptoms
If you’re ready to recover and be empowered to prevent future symptoms, this six-session personalized coaching program is for you. Our work together follows three steps for getting you back to a pain-free life:

Step 1: Discover Your Mind-Body Connection
Having ruled out any serious medical conditions with your doctors, our work starts with understanding the relationship between your thoughts and your body.
Maybe you’ve noticed a migraine kicking in before every meeting with your boss, or your sciatica flares up when you prepare for a long drive. This happens because emotions and stress can cause the brain’s pain circuitry to go haywire and create real symptoms in the absence of disease or damage to the body.
During this step, we’ll discuss your personal symptom story as well as your vision for a “post-pain life” to strengthen your commitment to the healing process. The result? You’ll have a new way of thinking about your symptoms that we’ll build on as we work together. (2 Sessions)

Step 2: Master New Tools for Healing
Now that we understand the roots of your symptoms, we’ll work on developing a sense of acceptance around your experience with curiosity and compassion.
If your first thought when symptoms flare up is won’t this ever end?, it only prolongs the healing process. We’ll explore techniques for counteracting negative thoughts and language associated with your symptoms and introduce a variety of exercises to begin rewiring your brain’s pain pathways.
Imagine relating to symptoms as teachers instead of enemies! This work sets you up to resume the activities you’ve been avoiding.
(2 sessions)

Step 3: Live Your
Pain-Free Life
The final stage in our work together is all about putting your post-pain vision into action. We’ll set appropriate, manageable goals for physical movement and activities that you’ve avoided due to fear of symptoms.
Imagine finally taking that ski vacation with your family, or even tackling the much-needed paint job in the study. You’ll discover how quickly small victories add up. Plus, taking action sends signals of safety to the brain and speeds up changes to your pain circuitry.
We’ll also look at how to handle flare-ups without panicking. By the end of this step you’ll be able to fully enjoy your family, personal, and professional life with newfound excitement and curiosity. (2 Sessions)
